On Call Labor and Staffing, formerly Command Staffing, LLC was formed in 2002 as the obvious "next step" for an exceptional team of labor/staffing service professionals. The first storefronts were open for business in the state of Arizona. With the knowledge and experience they held, they were confident in the concepts and have begun many additional storefronts. Specifically, On Call Labor and Staffing currently holds 62 storefronts which do business in 19 states in the U.S. The largest producing stores are currently located in Arkansas and California. Looking toward the future, On Call Labor and Staffing has developed a "cell structure" of growth. This development plan is on track to see 802 total storefronts in operation by 2009, generating estimated revenue in excess of $1 billion. On Call Labor and Staffing also plans to expand to be the world-wide preferred provider of staffing and labor services with operation plans in motion in the UK, Canada and Australia.

With a foundation in the labor industry, they built their reputation by providing the highest quality workers. Quality was never compromised and service to clients was the most important. To further expand the growth potential of their operations, Command Staffing became Command Center. As Command Center, the company has grown to provide temporary help in the labor, staffing, hospitality and events industries.
